We are launching a new collection, a follow-up to the "KOKORO COLLECTION," which was launched in 2020 to unite all athletes who love sports.
Named after the Japanese word "kokoro," which encompasses emotions, thoughts, and spirit ("heart," "mind," and "spirit"), "KOKORO COLLECTION" embodies the beauty of human talent and compassion.

The second wave of KOKORO COLLECTION models to be released in Japan will consist of five models: Holbrook™, Sutro, Frogskins™, and the official online store exclusive Sylas and Holbrook XL.

Artist
Yamaguchi Meguru
–
Originally from Shibuya, Tokyo, Yamaguchi Meguru is a Japanese artist currently based in Brooklyn, New York.
He is known for creating powerful, abstract works that use a unique technique known as "cut and paste" to create a vivid, impactful impression with a chaotic appearance. "Cut & Paste" involves placing paint on plastic sheets, allowing it to dry, cutting the dried paint, peeling it off the sheet, and pasting it onto a work as if creating a collage of 3D brushstrokes.

Through a process of layering and arranging seemingly unrelated pieces, the artist brings together extremely complex forms that blend color, shape, and texture to create a single work. In recent years, he has expanded the possibilities of art, gesture, and form with "three-dimensional, sculptural paintings" in which powerful, rich brushstrokes exist directly in the space. His work transcends the boundaries of genre, encompassing subculture, pop culture, and high culture, and has been featured on urban walls, skateboards, and in collaborations with streetwear brands and major department stores.
