
Fashion model Gisele Bundchen was born on July 20, 1980, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. She began attending a local modeling school at the age of 13 and was scouted to make her modeling debut at age 14. After beginning to appear in magazines, she moved to New York and began her modeling career in earnest. At age 17, she appeared in the Alexander McQueen show, attracting attention. She subsequently appeared in advertisements and shows for famous brands such as Christian Dior, Balenciaga, Dolce & Gabbana, and Victoria Secret, growing into a globally renowned supermodel.
