Coach unveiled Stuart Vevers' "Winter" collection in Shanghai with an experiential runway show and a special episode of "Coach TV: Live From Shanghai" in collaboration with the Coach family. Celebrating the return to the runway and streamed live worldwide, the immersive hybrid experience combined elements of live show and entertainment to celebrate the optimism of Shanghai's next generation.

Renamed for the first time, the collection is now "Winter," showcasing Stuart Vevers' vision for a more straightforward approach to seasonality, building on ideas that were built upon and further developed in the "Fall" collection, which featured soothing animals, comfortable textures, and softness. Evoking a time of renewal and a desire for adventure, the collection features retro nylon skiwear featuring vintage-inspired sporty graphics, alongside glittery cocktail dresses and blouses with touches of lace and velvet, evoking a night out after returning from the slopes. Presented with a local cast that captures the energy of Shanghai, the collection is a playful blend of nostalgia and American pop culture, showcasing a new chapter in Vevers' distinctive vision of heritage reimagined through the lens of the present.

The “Winter” collection also debuts new outerwear that combines the house's signature shearling with the colorful nylon stripes and graphic patches found on the collection's skiwear, as well as the new “Studio” bag, crafted from a combination of Coach's iconic glovetanned and quilted leathers. Featuring Coach's "signature pattern" embroidered with "Winter" creatures that add to the menagerie of "Fall" collections, the collection was presented in a color palette of soft blacks inspired by beloved, worn-in vintage pieces and vibrant, playful colors inspired by sportswear.

The runway show, held at the historic Shanghai Exhibition Center, transported guests to an immersive Coach world inspired by American drive-in cinemas. Designed to take guests on a journey, the experiential show kicked off with a special episode of "Coach TV: Live From Shanghai," the second installment of last season's acclaimed format, before unveiling the collection featuring a local cast. The event was live-streamed globally on Coach's social media platforms, encouraging people all over the world to tune in, and after the live stream, a digest of the show was released using content from "Coach TV."

Vevers said: "This winter collection is inspired by a spirit of adventure and hope for tomorrow. Building on a reinterpretation of fall ideas, it expresses my vision for winter—an ode to the attitude of Shanghai's new generation—while showcasing a more honest approach to the seasons. The experience I envisioned for our return to the runway combines everything we loved about our past live shows with everything we've learned over the past year. This collection brings together the global Coach family and reflects our commitment to think differently and constantly evolve."

The production of this season's episodes of “Coach TV: Live From Shanghai” involved collaborations with Coach celebrities including Jennifer Lopez, Kōki, Jeremy Lin, Yang Zi, Xiao Wen Ju, Rickey Thompson, Ke Fan and Ding Nan. In addition to the family, he collaborated with writers Amber Schaefer and Yoni Lotan, and directors Danielle Nemet Aphrodite and Jason Bergh. The episode also features music by the Go-Go's and special appearances by roller skaters Sebeey Chi, Ashley Imani, and Keon Saghari.
