Jul 29, 2013

Atrevie Otsuka will open at the south exit of JR Otsuka Station on September 12th. Atrevie Otsuka will occupy the first basement floor through the fourth floor of the 12-story JR Otsuka South Exit Building (3-33-1 Minami-Otsuka, Toshima-ku, Tokyo), which also opens on the same day. Based on the concept of "Cozy time, Cozy place—a little nice, but still there," the complex will house 39 lifestyle support shops. The basement-level "Okatté Walk," a kitchen-like shopping center offering everyday foods, will feature the supermarket Delido. The first-floor "Maeche" will offer a selection of daily foods and goods, including the bakery Kobeya Kitchen Express, Hara Donuts Hara Roll, which offers sweets made with soy milk, and the flower shop Hibiya-Kadan Style. The second floor, "Yorimichi Promenade," will feature a collection of general merchandise stores, cafes, and service shops, including the high-end supermarket Seijo Ishii and the world fashion goods store "passage mignon." The third floor, "Kovenri Path," will feature fashion and variety stores such as UNIQLO and JINS eyewear. The fourth floor will feature shops offering relaxation and comfort, including Asahi Bookstore and the relaxation center "Relaxze."

Atrevi, a compact Atre, offers a lifestyle rooted in the local community. Otsuka will be the seventh store, with six stores currently operating in Shinanomachi, Gotanda, Tabata, Sugamo, Mitaka, and Higashi-Nakano. Otsuka Station is served by the JR Yamanote Line and the Toden Arakawa Line, with an average daily passenger traffic of 113,000 people. The Otsuka Minamiguchi Building where Atrevi will open will house a nursery school on the 5th floor, a sports gym on the 5th and 6th floors, and offices on the 7th to 12th floors.
