From July 31st to August 13th, "SNOOPY in Ginza 2013" will be held at the Ginza Mitsukoshi 8th Floor Event Hall (4-6-16 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo), showcasing the latest and classic Snoopy merchandise.
Starting in 1999, this year marks the 15th anniversary of the event, featuring Ginza Mitsukoshi-exclusive merchandise themed around festivals from around the world. Approximately 30 limited-edition items will be available, including a white gold and diamond necklace, a collaborative bag with Ichizawa Shinzaburo Canvas, and a best-selling hand towel every year. Some of these limited-edition items will be available for purchase online in advance of the event (the online shop is open until 6:00 PM on July 28th).
In addition, commemorative medals and birthday cakes featuring Snoopy illustrations will be on sale starting from August 10th, Snoopy's birthday. For three days, August 3rd, 10th, and 11th, Snoopy will be visiting the store's 9th floor Ginza Terrace Court and photo sessions will be held (12:00, 14:00, and 16:00 each day, for approximately 30 minutes each).
