LADUREE will be releasing a limited-time Christmas collection from December 19th to 25th. One of the most notable items is this year's new "Buchette de Noël" (1,360 yen for one person, 9,300 yen for six people), which features a pure white appearance like snow. It is made of a biscuit soaked in sweet dough and mandarin syrup, layered with meringue containing vanilla cream, white chocolate, mandarin confit with pecans, and mandarin peel. Also available are the "Buche Marie Antoinette Rose Framboise," a rose-flavored macaron biscuit layered with rose petal cream, raspberry confit, lychee and raspberry fruits, and wrapped in almond paste, and the "Buche Marie Antoinette Pistache" (4 servings, 6,100 yen each), a soft pistachio-flavored macaron biscuit layered with pistachio mousseline cream and praline, and wrapped in almond paste (4 servings, 6,100 yen each). Each is also available as a single-serving "Buchette" (1,300 yen each). Other cakes available include "Buchet Louise" (1,270 yen for one person), which layers a milk chocolate macaron biscuit with Jivara milk chocolate mousse and cream and a soft chocolate biscuit, "Buche Paeva" (5,710 yen for four people), lavishly decorated with red fruits, "Buche Royal" (5,710 yen for four people), which uses a generous amount of chocolate, and "Buche Duchesse" (5,710 yen for four people), which uses chestnut cream.
In addition, as a Christmas-only macaron, "Vanille de Tahiti" (274 yen), which is a macaron coque filled with Tahitian vanilla ganache, will be on sale from December 1st to 31st. Starting November 20th, they will also be offering a limited edition macaron box called "Pierrot" (6 pieces for 2,450 yen, 14 pieces for 5,720 yen), which is packed with macarons in a playful box with a large clock and a sly looking clown patiently waiting for the hands to strike 12.
