LADUREE will release a Valentine's Day collection with the theme of "confessions of love." The limited-edition deep pink macaron, "Fruit Rouge Jasmin" (270 yen), is filled with various berry jams infused with jasmine essence. It will be released on February 1st, along with the limited-edition macaron box "Valentine" (8 pieces/3,020 yen), featuring a large red heart and the "amour" (love) logo. Three heart-shaped sweets for two will also be available. "Cool Ispahan" (2,205 yen) is a rose-flavored macaron biscuit layered with rose petal cream, raspberries, and lychee. "Cool Casanova" (2,415 yen) is two chocolate-flavored macaron biscuits layered with raspberry jam, Madagascar chocolate, and raspberries. "Cool Juliette" (2,310 yen) is a thin, overlapping puff pastry filled with red fruit jam and jasmine-scented mousse, decorated with berries. All three varieties will be available at Ladurée boutiques in Tokyo from February 9th (only Cool Casanova and Ispahan will be available at the Osaka store).
