Released ahead of Mother's Day, this episode focuses on the various roles of today's modern mother, covering topics such as showing gratitude, focusing on the present, and parenting during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the episode, Ciara and Paltrow discuss what they learned from their mothers, who they rely on, and how they balance their lives as working moms, wives, and entrepreneurs.
"As moms, I think we have to be careful not to criticize what other moms do or the decisions they make, and I think we need to support each other. It's so important to understand that every mom is doing their best," says Paltrow.
"I want all moms to know that even when things are tough, you're not alone. Even when you feel weird or strange, that's life. The moment you accept that, you can move forward thinking, 'Okay, I'm ready. This is okay,' because it really is," says Ciara.
Coach Conversations will release new episodes at meaningful times like Black History Month, International Women's Day, and Pride.
