Ebizo Ichikawa meets WAKO. The second installment is a shopping experience with WAKO's new service, "Online Concierge."

At Wako Co., Ltd. (Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo), Seiko Group Ambassador Ichikawa Ebizo was asked to select special interior goods, Japanese tableware, and clocks to enrich his time at home. Ichikawa Ebizo's early experience with Wako's new service, "Online Concierge," can be seen on Wako's official YouTube channel (https://youtu.be/5MlwAuU9gHc).

Starting May 3rd, the "Online Concierge for Indoor Items" service will be available in the basement of the main building. With the "Online Concierge for Indoor Items," you can enjoy shopping for interior goods and clocks from the comfort of your own home via video call or chat, with the same service you'd get in a physical store.

By selecting "Inquiry via video call or chat" from the reception form at the bottom right of the inquiry page (https://www.wako.co.jp/inquiries/), you will be connected to a salesperson for consultation (estimated time: approximately 20 minutes per person).

Even if you find it difficult to visit the store or are far away, you can still enjoy shopping while checking the color, size, and texture of the items. Please take this opportunity to try out Wako's new service, the "Online Concierge for Indoor Products."
