ICE MONSTER, a Taiwanese shaved ice shop with a unique texture, will open a pop-up shop in the bar area of UPSTAIRS, a restaurant and bar on the second floor of Mercedes-Benz Connection in Roppongi, Tokyo, from July 17th to August 30th. Ice Monster offers shaved ice made with flavored ice blocks that condense the flavors of fruit, coffee, and more, resulting in a rich flavor and fluffy texture. The shop has been selected as one of the "Top 10 Best Sweets in the World," and its first Japanese store, which opened in Omotesando, Tokyo in April, has become so popular that it has attracted over 50,000 visitors in the two months since its opening. This first-ever pop-up shop in Japan will feature limited-edition menu items, including two popular flavors: mango shaved ice and coffee shaved ice, topped with white chocolate featuring the Mercedes-Benz logo. You can enjoy it in-store with Upstairs' wide selection of drinks, or take it out.
