Jean-Paul Hévin is once again offering "Glace Pire," a frozen chocolate treat featuring crunchy chocolate ice and fluffy chocolate mousse, for a limited time only this summer until August 31st.
In addition to the classic "Glace Pire au Chocolat," characterized by a bittersweet taste and refreshing sweetness, this year the shop will be releasing two new treats in July and August. The July limited edition chocolates are "Glace Pire au Chocolat Yuzu Poire," which layers fluffy, whipped yuzu-flavored mousse over crushed chocolate ice like sorbet, and "Glace Pire au Chocolat Framboise," which uses fluffy, bitter chocolate mousse and raspberry jelly, which pairs well with chocolate.
In August, they will be offering the "Glace Pire au Chocolat Fraise" drizzled with strawberry sauce, and the "Glace Pire au Chocolat Passion Mango" topped with passion fruit and mango sauce, giving it a tropical feel.
All prices are 1,322 yen (tax included). They will be available at Isetan Shinjuku Main Store, Tokyo Midtown Store, Mitsukoshi Ginza Store, Omotesando Hills Store, Mitsukoshi Sendai Store, Isetan Urawa Store, Isetan Food Hall Lucua Store, Hiroshima Andersen Store, and Iwataya Main Store.
