Andaz Tavern, the main dining establishment at Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills, will be offering a collaboration menu with champagne house Veuve Clicquot, called "Aperitif Gourmand" (3,700 yen), from August 1st to September 30th.
"Aperitif Gourmand" is a set menu that allows you to enjoy chilled Veuve Clicquot champagne, perfect for summer, along with four types of appetizers (meaning aperitifs or appetizers) that can be enjoyed with all five senses.
The name is a combination of the two words "aperitif" (aperitif) and "gourmand" (gourmet). The menu, created to complement Veuve Clicquot, includes "Foie Gras Mousse Passion Fruit," made with Okinawan passion fruit and foie gras mousse; "Homemade Marinated Salmon with Brioche and Fromage Blanc," and "Semi-Dried Fruit Tomato Burrata with Basil," made with Hokkaido cherry tomatoes. These visually stunning dishes can be enjoyed alongside live music. In addition to the "Aperitif Gourmand," a dinner course (7,900 yen) is also available, featuring a main dish and dessert. For the main dish, choose from three dishes prepared in Andaz Tavern's signature clay pot. The lineup includes domestic beef chuck, Yamanashi herb chicken, and mahi-mahi fish, all oven-cooked with fresh vegetables, wine, and sherry. For dessert, a summer dessert featuring white peach and vanilla custard combined with chilled sake jelly is available.
