On December 1st, Gucci released a limited edition of 1,000 copies of "BLIND FOR LOVE," a photo book showcasing the Gucci Women's Cruise Collection 2017. The book is a compilation of photographs taken by British artist and photographer Nick Waplington to document the Gucci Women's Cruise Collection fashion show, which took place in the cloisters of Westminster Abbey in London in June of this year. Nick Waplington, known for his unadorned portrayals of everyday British life, captures various moments from backstage, just before the show, and at the venue. The book also features repeated lyrics from the song used in the fashion show, a fantastical arrangement of the traditional English ballad "Scarborough Fair." The cover features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth I, and the book is housed in a sliding case bound in three-sided gold. The price is $95, €90, or £60.
