Maison Margiela launches four new Replica fragrances at a pop-up store in Isetan Shinjuku

Maison Margiela will open a pop-up store in the Mode Liberation Zone on the third floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building from December 7th to 13th. During the event, four new "Replica" eau de parfums will be available for pre-sale. The "Replica" eau de toilette, released in 2012, was based on the concept of evoking each individual's memories by speaking to images, impressions, emotions, and the subconscious. The new eau de parfums transcend the reality of memory, inviting us into a world of fantasy, dreams, and the unknown. The bright and powdery "Dancing on the Moon" evokes a "white floral glow like moonlight," the oriental "Across Sands" evokes "an escape into the desert along the Spice Road," the green "Soul of the Forest" evokes "a mythical ode to the forest," and the citrus-scented "Flying" evokes "a thrill experienced in the atmosphere." The four types of eau de parfum are labeled "Gender Anonymous," reaffirming the brand's advocacy of equality and its stance of not being bound by societal concepts of gender. They are priced at 18,000 yen each. They will also be available at Maison Margiela directly managed stores nationwide and at MM6 Maison Margiela directly managed stores from December 16th. The pop-up store in the main building of Isetan Shinjuku will also stock the new collection of the iconic "5AC" bag, as well as small leather goods and accessories.
