For a limited time, Prada is offering a made-to-order pump service at select stores.

This service, permanently available at the Prada Aoyama store, allows customers to customize basic pumps with the brand's iconic archive prints and ribbons. A total of 18 base shoe models are available, including the newly added chunky heel, basic pumps, open-toe, platform, slingback, and ribbon pumps. Customers can also choose the heel height depending on the style.

The range of materials available includes velvet, a new addition, as well as crocodile, ostrich, python, lizard, ayers, suede, silk satin, Prada's traditional Saffiano leather, patent calf leather, patent leather, metallic leather, goat leather, brushed calf leather, and leopard-print hair calf leather, for a total of 14 types. Each shoe is available in a wide range of colors, from classic to seasonal, and depending on the material, you can choose from lip or geometric prints featured in the brand's archives. The outsole is available in three smooth leather colors: black, light pink, or blue, or two "Saffiano" leather colors: black or light pink. You can also have your initials engraved beneath the Prada logo on the outsole. Special packaging is also available for custom-made shoes. Delivery takes approximately four months from the time of order, and the price is the price of ready-made shoes plus a 20% surcharge. This service will be available from December 8th to 14th at the Osaka Shinsaibashi store, from January 13th to 19th, 2017 at the Sogo Hiroshima store, from January 25th to 31st, 2017 at the Daimaru Umeda store, and from February 4th to 12th, 2017 at the Prada Shoes Umeda Hankyu 4th Floor store.
