Prada held a screening of "PAST FORWARD," a new film produced with American screenwriter and director David O. Russell, at the Prada Aoyama store on November 16th. Prada has previously produced short films with renowned directors. This time, Prada collaborated with David O. Russell, who has earned acclaim for bringing out the best in actors in films such as "American Hustle," "The Fighter," and "Silver Linings Playbook." "PAST FORWARD" features Allison Williams, Freida Pinto, Koos Weel, John Krasinski, Jack Huston, Sinqua Wallis, Paula Patton, Connie Britton, and Sacha Baron Cohen. In this film, Russell depicts a surreal silent world by repeatedly interweaving scenes with a diverse cast of actors. Scenes, characters, costumes, genres, and endings all shift in perspective, creating an unpredictable story that defies conventional narrative logic.

The film has been created to be viewed in a variety of environments, including cinemas, gallery installations, social media, and online distribution. A portion of the film was screened on the back screen at the Spring/Summer 2017 women's collection show in September of this year. It is now available on the official website.
