Woodberry's Marche parfaits come in three sizes: S (550 yen including tax), M (900 yen including tax), and L (1,280 yen including tax). When ordering, you can choose the base frozen yogurt flavor from among 15 to 20 varieties, including mascarpone, cream cheese, and fruit. For toppings, they always have three types of seasonal fruit available.

Owner Motohiko Tagawa says, "Our frozen yogurt is low in calories, at around 100kcal per 100g, so many customers stop by for an after-meal dessert. The fruit toppings change with the seasons, and changing the flavor of the yogurt base changes the overall feel, so I hope you enjoy customizing your order." Since opening the shop 20 years ago, he's still involved in making frozen yogurt and running the business. "Woodberries was started by three high school classmates. We had some frozen yogurt when we visited Canada and were so impressed by it that we wanted to offer it in Japan! That's what inspired us to start our own business. After much trial and error, we opened our own yogurt factory and were able to make healthy frozen yogurt without any additives or artificial colors. Then, we started to pay more attention to the fruits we paired with yogurt, and this parfait was born, as we wanted people to enjoy more fresh fruit. We built connections with contract farmers and started offering seasonal parfaits," says Tagawa. The shop currently has two locations in Kichijoji and also sells online. The Woodberries Parfait M I ordered that day featured a base of plain frozen yogurt with raspberry sauce, organic granola, and chopped apples in the center. The frozen yogurt was topped with Beni Madonna citrus, strawberries, seedless grapes, and whipped cream. The refreshing sweetness of the Beni Madonna and the tartness of the yogurt create a refreshing dish. The crunchy texture of the granola adds a nice accent, making this a perfect breakfast recipe.
