FENDI, the luxury brand based in Rome, Italy, has released the #FendiPeekaboo video starring award-winning actress Naomi Watts to celebrate the opening of its new flagship store at Queen's Club in Sydney, Australia, in early April 2021. The new video, titled "Wild Untamed Naomi," depicts intimate moments throughout Naomi Watts' day in her New York apartment, showcasing her hidden and unexpected side alongside her Peekaboo ISeeU bag.


What begins as a routine, restless day gradually loses inhibitions as Naomi escapes into her own world, releasing stress and anxiety through cathartic, liberating movement and discovering the joy of unleashing a wilder, unseen side within her. With the help of the Peekaboo I See You bag, Naomi seeks to find the extraordinary in the ordinary.

A wistful instrumental that reflects Naomi's unsettling opening mood gives way to the catchy, upbeat "Beggin'" by Canadian electro-pop duo HUMANS, which lightens the mood and invites the audience to dance along with Naomi.

The intimate and tongue-in-cheek video is a journey of self-love that plays with Fendi's values of creativity, craftsmanship and playfulness, while also celebrating the Peekaboo bag's timeless story of "inner beauty."

The iconic Peekaboo I see you, which first appeared in the Fendi Fall/Winter 2020-21 collection, features an accordion-frame shape and the bag opens like a giant smile to reveal a removable inner pocket.
