Jean-Paul Hevin will be selling a limited-time collection for Mother's Day from April 22nd to May 8th. The two items on sale this time are "Coeur Ele" (6,997 yen), a heart-shaped case decorated with flying hearts and filled with plenty of chocolate, and "Gâteau Coeur Ele" (3,500 yen), a gateau layered with chocolate mousse noir and biscuits, decorated with flying hearts. Also on sale are "Boîte d'Au Chocolat" (6 pieces/2,392 yen, 10 pieces/3,658 yen), which includes heart-shaped chocolates and heart-shaped guimauve chocolates along with bonbons, and "Cave à Chocolat" (9 pieces/3,438 yen, 16 pieces/5,612 yen).

Also, exclusively available at the online boutique, "Gâteau de Voyage Merci Maman" (5,000 yen) is a frozen gateau layered with ganache noir and flavored with raspberry syrup. The flavor of high-quality cacao and the sweet and sour raspberries create a light texture. To add a touch of elegance to Mother's Day, it is coated with lipstick pistole.
