Jean-Paul Hevin will be releasing a limited-time collection for Easter from March 20th to May 8th.
Easter is considered the second biggest event in France after Christmas. To coincide with this, the brand is releasing a collection that transforms traditional motifs such as eggs and chickens into playful sweets that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike.
"Bouton Douffe" (3,680 yen) is an egg-shaped chocolate decorated with numerous colorful buttons. When you crack the egg, three animal-shaped chocolates are hidden inside. "Pour Coco" (3,200 yen) is a chicken-shaped chocolate decorated with colorful buttons. When you crack the chicken, two egg-shaped chocolates are revealed. Other chocolates on sale include "Chouette d'Etoile" (3,680 yen), an owl-themed chocolate known as a "messenger of good fortune" filled with chocolates shaped like sea creatures, "Pour dans la Lune" (3,680 yen), a chicken sitting on a crescent moon, "Fish Qui Cloche" (5,075 yen), inspired by church bells, and "Oeufs Coco" (800 yen), a chocolate that looks just like the real thing, as well as various chocolate assortments. Additionally, on March 26th and 27th, all Jean-Paul Hévin boutiques (excluding event stores) will be hosting the traditional "Egg Hunt" event, where participants will find egg-shaped chocolates hidden in packs. Those who find one will receive a limited number of gifts.
