Jean-Paul Hevin will be releasing a limited-time collection for Valentine's Day from January 14th to February 14th.
The collection was inspired by street art and will also feature a number of new bonbons (418 yen each). "Cour Divan" is a cute, heart-shaped chocolate inspired by an angel. It features almond and hazelnut praline coated in chocolat noir. "Cour d'Enfer" is inspired by a mischievous devil, with cayenne pepper (a mild chili pepper) as a secret ingredient.
Other varieties available include "Démon," featuring a heart and devil; "Ange," featuring an angel; "Lune de Miel," made with buckwheat flower honey; and "Astor," inspired by celestial bodies.
Also on sale will be salted caramel-flavored truffles, tablets with a bitter taste made from 75% cacao, and the "Boîte Mon Amour" set (3,700 yen), which includes bonbons and the small round chocolate "Perle Chocolat Melange." A number of bonbon chocolate assortments in boxes with limited-edition Valentine's Day designs will also be available.
Available at all Jean-Paul Hévin boutiques and online boutiques, as well as at some department store event stores nationwide.
