
United Arrows will open its first overseas directly operated store, the UNITED ARROWS Taipei Store, on October 31st. Hours are from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The store is located in the Da'an District, Taipei's financial and economic center, a commercial area lined with offices and commercial buildings. The street-front store, measuring 222.5 square meters, spans two floors. The modern classic interior with an open atrium was overseen by UNITED ARROWS Creative Director Yasuto Kamoshida. As in Japan, the lineup features a selection of brands from around the world, including original products, ranging from apparel to accessories and household goods, with a 55:45 split between men's and women's, 30:70 between sourced and original products, and 70:30 between apparel and accessories. The store also carries STYLE for LIVING, a label that launched in 1993 with lifestyle goods. The official website and official Facebook page for the United Arrows Taipei store were also launched on the 13th. In order to promote the brand's worldview, a Taiwan-specific site was designed based on the Japanese version, and linked to the catalog page, video content "NiCE UA," and Facebook, which is widely used in Taiwan, the site will provide product, styling, event information, and more, with the aim of increasing awareness.
In the future, the company will not only consider street-level stores, but also department stores and commercial facilities as potential locations for store openings, and plans to open a United Arrows and "BEAUTY&YOUTH UNITED ARROWS" store by 2022, followed by the opening of "UNITED ARROWS green label relaxing," with a total of around 10 stores planned for these three businesses.
This new store opening is the first step in "starting overseas expansion to strengthen future international response capabilities," one of the management strategies aimed at achieving United Label's long-term vision, "UA Vision (VISION) 2022."
