From May 6 to June 30, 2021, The Westin Tokyo will be hosting its popular "Cheese Dessert Buffet" at its international restaurant, "The Terrace." Guests can enjoy an all-you-can-eat selection of a wide variety of cheese-based desserts. From mascarpone, camembert, and ricotta to Parmesan and gorgonzola, the buffet will feature a variety of desserts, each featuring a unique blend of cheeses beloved around the world. The menu changes monthly, showcasing a rich selection of desserts. From the classic baked cheesecake, crafted with meticulous attention to detail, to desserts in a glass showcasing the exquisite harmony of cheese with fruits and herbs, to piping hot soufflés, the buffet will be filled with a world of cheese desserts, each meticulously crafted by our executive pastry chef. This dessert buffet allows you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of cheese.

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1967, he became Executive Pastry Chef at The Westin Tokyo in 2000. He is responsible for all pastry items at restaurants, lounges, banquets, and more. With a wide repertoire ranging from traditional European confections to original, creative sweets, Suzuki is constantly developing new products. He is responsible for the dessert buffet at the hotel's "The Terrace," captivating many sweets enthusiasts. Suzuki's constant challenge, driven by a desire to delight guests, has earned him many repeat customers. His classic favorites, such as cream puffs and soufflés, as well as his seasonal new creations, have also garnered high praise.
