The Westin Tokyo (Meguro-ku, Tokyo) will be serving "Poon Choy," a Hong Kong-style dish celebrating the Chinese New Year, at its Cantonese restaurant, Ryutenmon, from January 22 to 31, 2023.
Poon Choy is a traditional dish consisting of a lavish assortment of meat and seafood served in a large pot, and is often served as a delicacy at celebratory occasions such as the Chinese New Year. At Ryutenmon, the dish features an assortment of 12 ingredients, primarily consisting of high-quality ingredients considered auspicious, such as dried abalone, oysters, sea cucumber, and shrimp. Additionally, on January 21st, we will be offering takeout so you can enjoy it at home.
