"Mode in Moncler," an event celebrating the debut of Moncler M, a collaborative collection between Moncler and Greek designer Mary Katrantzou, is being held at The Stage on the first floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building from the 25th to the 30th.
The interior of the store is decorated in Moncler's signature black color, mixing Mary Katrantzou's iconic kaleidoscope-like graphic patterns. During the event, the store's first-floor windows and the central street will also be taken over.
The event will feature collections exclusive to select stores around the world, including Moncler M, Moncler Premier, which pursues luxury by combining fur and jewels, and the unique down jacket line Moncler Twist.
The theme of this collaborative collection with Katrantzou is "combining functionality and fashion." The lineup will center around a series of garments that make use of the graphics that are the greatest feature of her creations, as well as body-conscious silhouettes that express sensuality inspired by couture bustiers, and asymmetrical, structured wear created by using the finest nylon material in a spiral pattern. Items exclusive to Isetan Shinjuku will also be available.
