CHAN LUU will open its flagship store as a total lifestyle shop in Shibuya, Tokyo on November 19th (1F Shibuya Modi, 1-21-3 Jinnan, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo).
Founded by Vietnamese-born, Los Angeles-based designer Chan Luu, the brand has expressed the inspiration she encountered during her travels through jewelry, including handcrafted jewelry with unique designs that complement any style, and the vibrant jewelry of Ethical Fashion International (E.F.I), a brand committed to her life's work under the theme of "Not Charity, Just Work." In 2015, the brand began expanding as a total lifestyle brand.
Chan Luu, an accomplished cook and discerning tableware lover, will offer a ceramic series created in collaboration with Mashiko ware, fabrics such as cushion covers and placemats hand-dyed in India using natural materials, and tote bags made from canvas made in Japan. The store will also be offering a service in which the first 100 people to purchase an item will receive an original messenger tote bag.
