The "Strawberry Mille-feuille Mont Blanc", made with Tochiotome strawberries from Tochigi Prefecture, is a creative Mont Blanc that uses strawberries to enhance the rich flavor of Japanese chestnuts. The base of the Mont Blanc is a crispy mille-feuille. A super-fine paste made from chestnuts and strawberries is squeezed on top of the cake, creating layers of fragrant air, creating a fluffy, airy texture and the crispy texture of a mille-feuille.
