
Massimo Alba will open its first Japanese street-level store in Omotesando on October 17th. The store is located at 1F Espace Omotesando, 4-21-7 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
The store will carry both men's and women's collections. The lineup will include the brand's iconic cashmere knitwear, as well as coats, shirts, pants, and accessories, bags, hats, and sunglasses selected by designer Massimo Alba. Selected brands include bags from ANAT GELBARD, sunglasses from CONSERVATOIRE DE LUNETTES, and trekking shoes from SENTIER. At the time of the store's opening, the ratio of original to purchased items will be 9:1.
Massimo Alba is a cashmere brand founded in 2006 by Massimo Alba, who was born in Treviso, Italy, and served as creative director for brands such as Marlo, Agnona, and Ballantine's Cashmere. The brand debuted simultaneously with collections for women, men and children in the 2007-08 Autumn/Winter collections.
