Yufuin Jazz and Yokan (Yufuin Town, Yufu City, Oita Prefecture) will be selling their new product, "Jazz Yokan Pistachio Chocolat," as a White Day limited edition item at their Yufuin main store for nine days only, from March 6th to March 14th, 2021. Pre-orders for nationwide shipping are also being accepted at the Yufuin Jazz and Yokan online store.


Pistachio Chocolat is a limited special version of the popular autumn seasonal Jazz Yokan Pistachio. It is a new addition to the Top Chocolat series, with a surface covered in a generous amount of couverture chocolate bean paste.


The pistachio paste is made from a luxurious blend of two types of high-quality pistachios, with almonds that are painstakingly roasted from raw as an accent. The surface is layered with a chocolate paste made from white bean paste mixed with plenty of couverture. This excellent combination of two layers is perfect for enjoying with red wine or coffee.
