A food truck from SUGA BURGER will be appearing at the outdoor entertainment space Roppongi Hills Arena from October 24th to 31st.

Suga Burger is a hamburger shop run by chef Yosuke Suga, known as the "Iron Chef of French Cuisine." It will be opening during the 27th Tokyo International Film Festival, which will be held at TOHO Cinemas Roppongi Hills as its main venue.

This time, they will be selling a special burger named "Tokyo Teriyaki Burger" (1,000 yen) in honor of the festival. The patty is made from coarsely ground Daisen chicken and is seasoned with teriyaki sauce, which has subtle hints of ginger and oyster sauce. This hearty burger is topped with crunchy coleslaw, shallot confit, and a special wasabi puree. Also worth checking out are the special breads made in collaboration with boulangerie Maison Kayser.

Other side dishes include clam chowder (500 yen) and marshmallows (300 yen). The clam chowder uses bacon with a rich smoky aroma. It has a rich, creamy texture, but is topped with balsamic croutons for a lighter taste. The marshmallows are decorated with a bitter chocolate sauce made with Valrhona chocolate.
