Air France will host a hands-on event for its new business class seats at the STAND T cafe in Shin-Maru Building on October 25th. The new business class seats, which will be introduced on flight AF293 between Haneda and Paris on October 28th, feature curved seats that envelop the body like a cocoon. They create a private space and recline to a 180-degree flat position. Down comforters and feather pillows are provided on board, and the soft mattresses lull guests to a restful sleep. All seats also offer direct aisle access, eliminating the need to disturb other passengers. The seats will be on display at the event, allowing passengers to experience their comfort. The seats will also be on display at the company's booth at Vinexpo Nippon, a wine and spirits trade fair to be held at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo on November 1st and 2nd. The Closing Gala Dinner (35,000 yen) that concludes the event is open to the public. Guests can enjoy a luxurious dinner accompanied by Bordeaux-classified wines. At the end of the gala dinner, a charity auction of a number of Bordeaux's finest wines will be held to raise funds for the Tohoku Reconstruction Fund.

In addition, to commemorate the unveiling of the new business class seats, a campaign will be held on the official Air France website from October 24th. One pair of people will be randomly selected to win a business class ticket.
