Mar 7, 2013

FLAG, a complex consisting of shared offices, event spaces, and tenants, will open in Harajuku, Tokyo, in June. FLAG is a new, three-story building with a total floor area of 1,197.39 square meters. The second and third floors will house 25 shared offices for creators, while the first floor will feature rental space for reception parties and exhibitions, a work lounge as a common area for tenants, and other tenants. Applications for the shared office space will begin in April. Tsukuruba has created new styles of offices, including "ten-to," a shared office where teams share a table; "Yoyogi Office," which upgrades the office as the business grows; and "co-ba shibuya," a workplace designed based on feedback from potential users on social media.
