"Couche" means layer in French. This beautiful seven-layered cake is made by layering chocolate and vanilla mousse with two types of genoise, ganache, crunch, and more.
The richly sweet vanilla mousse adds depth to the bittersweet taste of the genoise dark chocolate and bittersweet chocolate mousse. Its soft, milky white color is also impressive to look at. When you put it in your mouth, the layers with different flavors melt together, and a deep, sweet and bitter flavor spreads throughout your mouth.
