Aman Tokyo Original Valentine's Chocolate
The theme of these five chocolates by Executive Pastry Chef Miyagawa Yoshihisa is "Marriage of cacao from around the world with coffee and tea." Miyagawa, a multi-award-winning chocolatier and chocolate expert, has carefully selected chocolates made from cacao beans from Ecuador, Peru, Madagascar, and more, and combined them with coffee and tea flavored ganache. A total of five varieties are available, including a single chocolate featuring the Aman logo, a blend of Ecuadorian chocolate with a distinctive vanilla aroma and Madagascan chocolate with flavors reminiscent of red fruits and bananas, a milk chocolate and rose tea ganache that evokes feminine cuteness, and a chocolate with spices such as cinnamon and cardamom. Simple and sophisticated yet profound, why not give Aman Tokyo's Valentine's chocolates as a gift for a loved one, or as a sweet treat to enrich your time at home?

About Aman Tokyo
Aman Tokyo opened on December 22, 2014, as Aman's first urban hotel. Occupying the top floors (33rd to 38th floors) of the Otemachi Tower high-rise complex, it offers a spacious and tranquil space that combines traditional Japanese culture with a modern ambiance, using wood, stone and washi paper. The hotel has 84 guest rooms, a garden lounge with high ceilings, a restaurant, a bar lounge with an attached cigar lounge, a cafe in a separate building on the first floor, a sushi restaurant with eight counter seats, eight treatment suites, and the Aman Spa with a 30-meter indoor pool and fitness gym, from where guests can enjoy views of Tokyo and nature.

About Aman
Aman was founded in 1988 as a collection of private resorts offering warm hospitality reminiscent of a private residence, luxurious and extraordinary experiences characterized by their consistently small scale and outstanding beauty. This concept was first introduced to the world at Amanpuri (Place of Peace) on the island of Phuket, the first resort in the series. Aman currently operates 33 resorts in 20 destinations, with eight new properties under construction. The next resort to open is Aman New York.
