
The office and commercial building "Iidabashi Grand Bloom" and the residential building "Park Court Chiyoda Fujimi The Tower," currently under development in front of Iidabashi Station, will be completed on June 15th.

Grand Bloom is a landmark office tower with 30 floors above ground and a standard floor area of 2,657.85 square meters, offering office space with the latest BCP specifications and excellent views. Park Court Chiyoda Fujimi The Tower is a high-rise residential building with 505 units and access to five JR lines in front of the station. It will feature shared spaces such as a two-story atrium lounge and guest rooms, and will also have enhanced disaster prevention measures. Fujimicho Church, a Protestant church affiliated with the United Church of Christ in Japan, will also be completed in August.
The objective of this project is to create a safe, secure, and attractive urban complex suitable for the station area in the city center, while making efficient use of the land and taking advantage of the natural and historical environment. Consideration began in 2001 when the former Tokyo Metropolitan Police Hospital was relocated, with a preparatory association established in 2004 and a redevelopment association established in April 2010. Construction of the church building began in August 2012, and the office, commercial and residential buildings were completed in June 2014.
Mitsui Fudosan is in charge of the office and retail leasing business, while Mitsui Fudosan Residential is in charge of the general residential sales business. A joint venture between Maeda Corporation and Kajima Corporation is in charge of construction.
