Emporio Armani has released its Spring/Summer 2021 advertising campaign visuals in Japan ahead of the rest of the world. Following on from last season, Haruna Kawaguchi appears as an advertising model for fashion and watches & jewelry.
The theme of this season's Emporio Armani advertising campaign is "individuality." In this campaign visual, Kawaguchi beautifully expresses the "strong, free, and graceful image of a woman" that Emporio Armani aspires to, showing off a more elegant and mature look than last time.

After completing the ad shoot, Kawaguchi commented on her distinctive, dance-like poses, saying, "For the Emporio Armani Spring/Summer campaign, I expressed the campaign theme through movements called "voguing." I was directed to create stage-like movements that represent strength, freedom, and an honest heart, so I challenged myself to express them in my own way. It was a very difficult request, but I was very happy to receive praise from the filming staff." Her flowing, quiet movements create the illusion of time standing still, creating the feeling of an artistic performance in which only the body and costume are moving.

In the campaign visuals, Kawaguchi is seen beautifully wearing looks that represent this season's EMPORIO ARMANI, such as a set-up made from light pastel-toned material and an all-in-one with a floral print in pale colors that looks like a watercolor painting. Kawaguchi commented on the items she wore, "This season's Emporio Armani collection is simple and light. There were many wonderful items with striking natural colors."

In addition, at the same time as the fashion campaign visuals were released, the campaign visuals for watches and jewelry were also released.

All of the visuals and image movies announced this time are now available on Armani's official website. In addition, from late January an advertising campaign featuring Kawaguchi will be launched in Colton stores, outdoor advertisements, magazines, and digital advertisements.
