
Singaporean fast fashion brand Charles & Keith will begin operations in Japan this spring. Its flagship store will open in Harajuku on April 6th. Charles & Keith was founded in Singapore in 1996 by brothers Charles and Keith Wong. Targeting fashion-conscious women aged 25 to 35, the brand offers highly fashionable shoes, bags, and accessories at reasonable prices. It currently operates over 300 stores in approximately 30 countries, primarily in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Charles & Keith Japan Co., Ltd., which operates the brand, was established in December 2012 through a joint investment from Onward Holdings Co., Ltd. and Singapore-based Charles & Keith Group Pte. Ltd. Starting with the Harajuku flagship store with a site area of approximately 230 square meters, the company aims to open four stores in 2013 and approximately 40 stores three years later.
