A new space featuring the full lineup of ISSEY MIYAKE and ISSEY MIYAKE MEN will open in Osaka on Saturday, March 9th.
Located on the basement floor of ELTTOB TEP ISSEY MIYAKE / SEMBA (4-11-28 Minamisenba, Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture), the space was designed by designer Tokujin Yoshioka, who has worked on numerous ISSEY MIYAKE projects, including products and spaces. Based on the concept of "stripes," striped rails installed on the ceiling allow for the free movement of hangers and shelves, creating a space that can be changed freely.
This will be the second-largest street-level store in Japan for ISSEY MIYAKE and ISSEY MIYAKE MEN, which present their collections in Paris, and will also feature limited-edition special items each season.
