Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd. and Mash Holdings Co., Ltd. are pleased to announce that Park Axis Azumabashi, a rental apartment building with an exterior and interior design primarily targeting women, will be completed on December 24, 2020, and will begin accepting applications for occupancy from January 8, 2021. The two companies will continue to explore collaborations for other properties in the future.

Park Axis Azumabashi is a 7-story rental apartment building with 24 units. It is located a 3-minute walk from Honjo-Azumabashi Station on the Toei Asakusa Line, offering convenient access to major office areas in Tokyo as well as Haneda and Narita airports. The area boasts a tranquil, traditional downtown atmosphere and is within walking distance of redeveloped commercial facilities such as Skytree Town and Tokyo Mizumachi, making it a convenient and safe area for women living alone.

■Background of the Collaboration
While the number of working women continues to increase year by year, the number of women in their 20s to 40s living in Tokyo has also continued to increase over the past five years*1, driving demand for more convenient, high-quality apartments. The overall tone of the exterior is beige, and wood-look materials are used for the eaves on the first floor, welcoming residents and visitors with a gentle, warm, natural and simple impression.

The keywords for the entrance hall, where many people come and go, are "openness and a sense of security." By making the sash openings large, you can feel the connection from inside to outside and the greenery of the symbolic tree.
