Frederick Cassel's new works are three types of sweets that will help you understand the depth of chocolate

Mar 24, 2016

"Inspiration," a monthly themed dessert line by Frederic Cassel, will be introducing three chocolate-themed desserts for April. Among the desserts being offered this month is the "Mille-feuille Finger Chocolat Yuzu" (756 yen, tax included), which features caramelized mille-feuille pie crust topped with dark chocolate biscuit, a ganache cream made with Madagascar cocoa chocolate and yuzu, and a cocoa-flavored mascarpone cream. It's topped with dark chocolate. "Tarte au Lait Caramelia" (756 yen, tax included) is a fragrant tart crust topped with milk chocolate ganache and caramel chocolate ganache, accented with pecan nuts. "Macaron Dulce" (260 yen, tax included) is made with "Dulce," a bronze chocolate with a fragrant, biscuit-like flavor. This collection allows you to experience the depth of flavor of various chocolates.
