The official website for Bvlgari's men's luxury watch, Bvlgari Octo, which was announced last fall, received the "Site of the Day" award from the Favorite Website Awards (FWA), a program that recognizes outstanding websites, on February 2nd. FWA announced that the website's "use of cutting-edge digital technology, effective use of design and video and still animation, as well as exceptional originality, were the deciding factors in its selection." Founded in the United States in May 2000, FWA is internationally recognized as a benchmark for the ever-evolving world of web design. It is considered the most visited awards program in Internet history, with a total of 170 million site visits as of November 2012.
