Y-3 Livestreams Show, a Multi-Camera Interactive Experience

Feb 9, 2013

Y-3 will stream its Fall/Winter 2013-14 collection show online, which will be held in New York at 7:15 AM Japan time on Monday, February 11th (5:15 PM local time on February 10th).

The show will be held in a disused hall inside a market on Manhattan's Lower East Side. Four cameras will be installed on the runway, broadcasting the show from various perspectives. Online users will be able to view the show as a whole while also being able to zoom in and take a look at backstage scenes at any time. Additionally, by clicking the "shoot the look" button, they will be able to instantly pin their favorite items from the collection directly to their Pinterest boards.

The live broadcast can also be viewed from the link below (the image may be distorted or the start time may be delayed depending on the venue's opening hours).

Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Y-3 is a brand that combines the aesthetic sensibility of Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto with Adidas' innovative technology. This season, the brand will express contrasts such as "old vs. new," "underground (anti-establishment) vs. establishment," and "lo-fi vs. hi-fi" in tandem.
