Michelin-starred Italian dinner available for a limited time at Bvlgari Ginza

Nov 10, 2014

Starting in January 2015, BVLGARI will be holding a collaborative dinner event with Italian star chefs, "IN CIBO VERITAS (The Truth Lies in Food)," at the Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts Tokyo Restaurant in Ginza Tower. This limited-time event will invite star chefs from Michelin-starred Italian fine dining restaurants to Japan, where they will collaborate with Bvlgari Restaurant Executive Chef Luca Fantin to create a set-course dinner menu. Chefs who would be difficult to book even in their home countries will be visiting Japan on a monthly basis, including Massimo Bottura of Osteria Francescana, a three-star restaurant ranked third in the 2013 "The World's 50 Best Restaurants" list, and Enrico and Roberto Cerea of Da Vittorio, also a three-star restaurant. With the aim of spreading the appeal of Italian fine dining to as many people as possible, Luca Fantin reached out to a group of chefs who are longtime friends of his, and this project came to fruition.

The event will take place on the last Saturday and Sunday of each month (excluding August) from January 26th to September 29th, 2015, with collaborative menus featuring Mauro Uliassi on January 26th and 27th, Stefano Baiocco on February 23rd and 24th, Massimo Bottura on March 30th and 31st, Norbert Niederkofler on May 25th and 26th, Carlo Cracco on June 29th and 30th, Enrico & Roberto Cerea on July 27th and 28th, and Piergiorgio Parini on September 28th and 29th. The dinner course only will cost 38,000 yen per person.
