Mr. CHEESECAKE Co., Ltd. will be selling its Christmas-only flavor, "Mr. CHEESECAKE Lychee milk Strawberry," in limited quantities each day on December 6th and 13th, 2020, via its official MAIL MAGAZINE and LINE@.
"Mr. CHEESECAKE Lychee milk Strawberry" is a special cake perfect for Christmas that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike. It combines the nostalgic taste of strawberry milk with the fresh flavor of lychee, which goes well with the aroma of vanilla.
The combination of milky taste and strawberries was inspired by the Christmas colors of red and white. The classic combination of strawberry milk is made by adding condensed milk to cream cheese and fresh cream to emphasize the milky flavor, while balancing it out with the acidity of the strawberries. By adding lychee, which pairs well with strawberries, we have created a Christmas cake that is typical of Mr. CHEESECAKE, with a pleasant oriental aftertaste. To make it even milkier and allow you to enjoy the rich aroma of lychee, we have reduced the amount of eggs compared to Mr. CHEESECAKE's regular flavors, and used lime instead of lemon for the acidity that is usually added.
