Proenza Schouler will open a pop-up shop in the main building of the Isetan Shinjuku department store from December 10th to 16th.
This pop-up shop is being held in advance of the opening of its first directly managed store in Japan, scheduled for next summer at Isetan Shinjuku. The pre-spring collection, inspired by surfing and skate culture and combining menswear with feminine materials like chiffon, offers elegant spring looks with blue as the key color. The shop also offers a wide selection of bags and new leather accessories.
Limited-edition items will also be available for this event. A new fringe-style bag will be released from the exclusive "PS1" series, which combines design and functionality. Two types are available: the large-capacity "PS1 Medium Leather Fringe" (230,000 yen) and the miniature "PS1 Pouch Leather Fringe" (180,000 yen), which can be used as a crossbody bag. Additionally, the "lunch bag" clutch bag (115,000 yen) will be available in a silver and gold model exclusive to Isetan Shinjuku. Limited edition models of wallets and credit card cases (from 21,000 yen) will also be sold.
The brand will also debut its first men's bag. The "PS1 new extra large" (230,000 yen) will be available in all-leather and nylon combination models, as well as backpacks. New accessories such as wallets and card cases will also be available.
