LeTAO, the Otaru Western Confectionery Shop, is introducing the limited-edition "LeTAO Delica & Sweets Premium Osechi 2021." Orders are being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis through the official online shop.
This luxurious osechi set featuring sweets and deli items is making its debut at LeTAO.
This year, LeTAO's osechi set, which has been well-received every year, has been enhanced with an even more premium feel with the addition of a deli box. The luxurious deli box was overseen by Yamada, the experienced French chef who oversees LeTAO's food menu. The box is filled with authentic dishes, including original items made with distinctive Hokkaido ingredients.
This gorgeous sweet box is a collaboration between three people: Chef Toyama, who has created numerous hit products; chocolatier Furukawa, who always creates delicate and authentic sweets; and cutting-edge pastry chef Yasunaka, who specializes in creating eye-catching sweets. Each box is filled with the individuality and techniques of each chef.
