La Maison du Chocolat, celebrating its 40th anniversary, will be selling four Easter collections (4,350 yen each) in its stores from late March.

The collection, which depicts adorable animal families in chocolate, includes "Miss Vache," an almond praline mousse cake decorated with a plate of milk chocolate and horns and a cow pattern; "Mister Mouton," a dark chocolate cake decorated with ears and wool; "Mademoiselle Plume," a cake filled with finely crushed caramelized biscuits and decorated with feathers; and "Monsieur Lapin," a cake filled with roasted caramelized coconut and decorated with rabbit ears.
