To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Levi's Type III trucker jacket, the brand has collaborated with UNDERCOVER. The jacket will be available at UNDERCOVER stores from March 24th. This first-ever collaboration collection features three types of trucker jackets, designated Type I, II, and III, customized by UNDERCOVER's Jun Takahashi. This collection is available now for those who missed the pre-order sale in December 2016. The three models include a Type I jacket (originally released in 1936) with lyrics from German rock band Can's "Mother Sky" embroidered on the front and back (52,000 yen), a long-length denim jacket (originally released in 1953) with additional fabric added from the hem (63,000 yen), and a Type III jacket (the prototype of today's denim jackets) with a striped knit insert (74,000 yen).
All products come in five sizes: XS, S, M, L, and XL, and are available in Japan at Undercover Aoyama, Sendai, Kanazawa, Nagoya, Isetan Shinjuku Men's, Hankyu Men's Tokyo, Hankyu Men's Osaka, Roppongi Hills, Lucua 1100, and Dover Street Market Ginza.
