Anko Paste Kudzu Shiruko and Shiratama Mochi

"Anko Paste Kudzu Shiruko and Shiratama Mochi" is a sweet red bean paste soup made with Yoshino kudzu and topped with a fragrantly baked shiratama mochi. One of the shiratama mochi is covered in brown rice puffs.

"Anshiruko," thickened with Yoshino kudzu, is a convenient sweet soup served in a drinking cup. Enjoy it with freshly boiled shiratama mochi rice cakes, cooked to order.

Anmitsu Parfait: Annin

"Anmitsu Parfait: Annin" is a new menu item introduced this year. It features an almond jelly base with almond cream, topped with almond jelly, shiratama (rice flour dumplings), and apricot jelly. Speaking of Yokohama, Chinatown is synonymous with it! This product is exclusive to the An Stand Yokohama store and is inspired by the almond tofu dessert, a popular dessert in Chinatown. Take-out is also available!

Anko Paste [Yuzu]

Introducing anko paste made with seasonal yuzu. It combines white bean paste made with rare white azuki beans with a puree made from a whole yuzu. It goes well with bread, of course, but also with dairy products such as yogurt and cream cheese. We also recommend combining it with white miso to enjoy it as yuzu miso!
