The first thing you'll want to check out is the "An Cookie Tin," a tin celebrating the Yokohama store's opening. It's an original tin packed with four types of cookies and okoshi (rice crackers) that allow you to enjoy the gentle sweetness of "an." The tin features a humorous illustration, making it a perfect keepsake even after you've finished eating the contents. It's also a great gift idea.

The "White Bean Paste" uses white bean paste made from rare white azuki beans. These cookies have a refreshing sweetness and a crispy texture. "White Bean Paste and Bean Paste" is a two-layered cookie made with white bean paste dough layered on top. There is only one special cookie per tin. "Okoshi" is made with rice puffs and walnuts coated in cane sugar syrup, and salt from Camargue, France, is added to add a flavor accent. "Sesame and Kinako" is a thin, fragrant cookie made with a dough that combines white bean paste and kinako, with two colors of sesame kneaded into it. "Matcha and Almond" is a crunchy cookie that combines matcha-flavored cookies with almonds.
